Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Mechanical aptitude expected.
• Good organizational skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repetitively.

• Ability to maintain a clean, organized work station.
• Ability to perform steady, productive work for extended periods.
• Willingness to assist other team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving empty bottles from Blow Mold machines and ensuring supply for production.
• Operating annealing, bagging and debagging machinery.
• Keeping production running smoothly and addressing issues to minimize downtime.
• Performing machine adjustments and basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Monitoring multiple conveyor systems for hang-ups and resolving them.
• Performing basic troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
• Maintaining a clean work area and following safety protocols.
• Assisting in training others as directed.
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.
