Job summary

Publix Super Markets in Dacula, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform daily start up and shut down tasks, stack pallets, and track and tag products. You will operate equipment, maintain supplies, and move pallets from trailers in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include following GMPs, obtaining a forklift license, lifting up to 50 pounds, maintaining attendance and punctuality, and collaborating with teammates across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a forklift license and operate a forklift.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good human relation skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team member).

Responsibilities

• Performing daily start up and shut down tasks
• Stacking product when necessary
• Tracking and tagging pallets
• Operating equipment
• Keeping the machines supplied with necessary materials
• Transporting, loading and unloading pallets of product from trailers
• Performing minor mechanical adjustments and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Performing sensory evaluations on products and ingredients
• Completing all necessary paperwork required by the position
• Other duties as assigned.
