Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a 13-week assignment in Boston, MA. You will provide rapid-response emergency care, triage, and patient management in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an ER RN with at least one year of experience, valid MA RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Travel benefits, competitive pay, and comprehensive coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Valid RN license in MA or eligible.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Assist physicians during emergencies and examinations.
• Monitor patient safety and document findings in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
