Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing in Springfield, Massachusetts, seeks an experienced ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in the ED. You will deliver rapid, high-quality care, triage patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 1 year of ER RN experience, MA RN license, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS/ENPC or equivalent is also requested.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience
• Valid RN license in MA
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED
• Document comprehensive nursing assessments and outcomes in EMR
