Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Boston seeks a mid-level Finance Associate Attorney to join its confidential Am Law 100 international finance platform. The role focuses on secured lending, leveraged finance, and commercial lending matters for major institutional clients, offering front-facing responsibility and clear progression within a supportive, collaborative team.

You will draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor papers, and closing deliverables while working

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of law firm finance experience focused on secured lending transactions.
• Experience representing lenders and borrowers in sophisticated finance matters.
• Proficiency drafting and negotiating loan, security, intercreditor, commitment, and closing documents.
• Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to waive into Massachusetts.
• Strong teamwork and client service orientation and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Represent banks, institutional lenders, and borrowers in secured lending and broader finance transactions.
• Lead and support leveraged finance and commercial lending matters from initial structuring through closing.
• Draft, edit, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and related finance documentation.
• Prepare and review intercreditor agreements, commitment papers, and closing deliverables for complex deals.
• Work closely with partners and clients, demonstrating commercial judgment, initiative, and strong teamwork.
