The firm is seeking a mid level Finance Associate Attorney with:

• 3 to 6 years of law firm finance experience focused on secured lending transactions
• Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in sophisticated finance matters
• Proficiency drafting and negotiating loan, security, intercreditor, commitment, and closing documents
• Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to waive into Massachusetts
• Strong business sense, client service orientation, initiative, and commitment to collaborative teamwork
• $260,000 to $390,000 base salary, depending on experience
