Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a discreet Am Law 100 full-service firm with Chambers-ranked corporate practices, seeks a Finance Associate – Corporate Debt for its New York, NY office. You will join a high-caliber team handling syndicated lending and secured transactions for major private equity sponsors and large borrowers.

The role offers exposure to complex facilities, close partner collaboration, and a clear path to advancement within a nationally recognized corporate finance practice.

Qualifications

• Substantive experience in finance law, particularly syndicated lending and commercial finance transactions.
• Experience with secured transactions and borrower-side private equity facilities.
• Admission to the New York or California bar, or eligibility to gain admission promptly.
• Excellent academic credentials from a law school ranked in the top 50.

Responsibilities

• Represent borrowers in syndicated lending and other finance transactions.
• Handle secured transactions, asset-based and cash-flow facilities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements and closing documents.
• Coordinate deal execution across lenders, sponsors, and internal teams.
• Develop substantive ownership of transactions and client relationships.
