Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of combined engineering and people management experience.
• Ability to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with enterprise monolith applications as well as cloud-based enterprise apps.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead one to two high-performing software engineering teams, one for triage and one for feature delivery.
• Partner with product managers and UX designers to define priorities and timelines.
• Drive technical planning, execution, and delivery across workstreams with quality.
• Support incident response, root-cause analysis, and follow-up improvements.
• Coach engineers with regular feedback, career growth, and development opportunities.
• Evaluate engineering processes and recommend improvements.
• Champion AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity and problem solving.
