Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading full-stack development teams with mentoring and design oversight.
• Proficiency in React and modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Java.
• Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted software engineering tooling.
• Solid experience with relational databases and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software within an agile cross-functional team.
• Own technical designs and guide implementation per architectural standards and business goals.
• Build scalable, maintainable, well-tested software using modern engineering practices.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and sound design decisions.
