Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 10–20 years of software engineering and leadership experience.
• Hands-on with Java and React in production systems.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, event-driven systems, GraphQL and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop software engineering teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Own delivery for multiple initiatives and manage scope and risk.
• Stay hands-on through architecture reviews and critical path contributions.
• Guide system design for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, incident response and post-incident learning.
• Collaborate with product, UX and architecture to translate requirements.
• Recruit, coach, and grow engineering talent and team health.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into engineering workflows and measure impact.
• Track progress and communicate risks and trade-offs to stakeholders.
