Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising in Boston to oversee VM standards during boutique hours and events. You will supervise with the Visual Lead and ensure proper setup of fixtures, displays, and mannequins, while coordinating window installs and floor merchandising.

The role requires strong communication, client experience focus, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced luxury environment. A minimum 2 years in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably luxury brand.
• Strong communication and teamwork with clients and management.
• Understanding of fashion merchandising and visual display principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of all visual merchandising standards during boutique hours and events.
• Communicate VM direction, animations and guidelines to ambassadors and management.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with VM leadership.
• Ensure windows and selling floors are merchandised per VM guidelines between floor sets.
• Take and update photographs of the boutique per VM guidelines and upload to Dropbox.
