Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter in Hermantown, MN. You will fill online orders from stock, sort and pack merchandise, and load shipments for customers or stores. The role involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating material handling equipment as needed.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years experience, can work in a fast-paced retail environment, and are committed to safety and accuracy in order processing. Training and employee benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience working in retail or warehouse environments.
• Familiar with order processing and inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders by picking and packing merchandise.
• Sort and pack merchandise for shipment to customers or stores.
• Move merchandise between warehouse areas using manual handling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures in the back room.
• Assist customers on the sales floor during open hours.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.
