Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Mitchell, SD is seeking a Part-Time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill online-store orders, sort, pick, pack, and load merchandise for shipping to customers and retail stores. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods, with opportunities to assist customers on the sales floor during open hours.

You will participate in routine training, ensure merchandise quality, and support inventory processes while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect merchandise and fill orders in the back room.
• Sort and pack merchandise using proper containers for shipment to customers or stores.
• Move merchandise between warehouse locations with material handling equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures in a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours and answer product questions.
• Perform all duties as assigned and adhere to standard operating procedures.
