Qualifications

• One year of general work experience demonstrating ability to take charge and make sound decisions under stress.

• Combination of experience and education may apply for GL-5/7 levels.

Responsibilities

• Detect and question individuals suspected of immigration and customs violations and inspect documents.
• Patrol borders and use varied assets to deter illegal entry and contraband.
• Maintain surveillance and interpret tracks and evidence to enforce laws.
• Perform checks of farms, buildings, and transportation during patrol operations.
• Operate across multiple sectors to fulfill CBP mission.
