Qualifications

• Combination of experience and education may qualify for higher grades.

Responsibilities

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating laws; inspect documents and possessions.
• Maintain surveillance and apprehend undocumented individuals near borders.
• Interpret tracks and evidence of illegal entry; perform patrols and checks.
• Patrol borders using various assets to fulfill CBP mission.
