Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws and inspect documents to determine citizenship or violations.
• Prevent illegal entry by maintaining surveillance and using equipment during operations.
• Interpret tracks, marks and physical evidence of illegal entry or contraband.
• Perform farm, building, traffic, city, and transportation checks.
• Patrol borders and coastal waterways using various government assets to fulfill CBP mission.
