Qualifications

• One year of general work experience demonstrating leadership, decision-making, and composure under stress.
• Bachelor's degree or completion of a full four-year course of study leading to a degree.
• Combination of general work experience and college education as supported by resume/transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Detect and question individuals suspected of immigration or customs violations.
• Prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers near borders using surveillance.
• Interpret tracks, marks, and other evidence of illegal entry.
• Perform farm, building, traffic, city, and transportation checks.
• Patrol international boundaries and coastal waterways using diverse government assets.
