Job summary

Gorsuch Beaver Creek is seeking a full-time seasonal Boot Fitter for our Park Hyatt store. You will assist guests with footwear and ski equipment selections, using 3D scanning to ensure precise fit and comfort.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a dynamic mountain setting. Opportunities exist for growth into leadership roles within the store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in ski shop and boot fitting.
• High level of snowsports product knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working in a team setting and helping other departments when needed.
• Experience with POS and Rental Reservations software preferred.

The Boot Fitter job is more than a job. The Boot Fitter is part of a team that is instrumental in providing the best customer service to our guests, helping our guests choose accessories and ski apparel and gear/hardgoods. At Gorsuch Boot Fitting is top notch with the use of our 3D Scanning technology.

This full time position is located at our store in Beaver Creek store located in the Park Hyatt for the Winter season.

General Duties of the Boot Fitter are:

What the Boot Fitter will need to be a great candidate:

• Previous experience in ski shop and boot fitting required.
• High level of Snowsports industry product knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working in a team setting and helping other departments when needed.
• Experience with POS and Rental Reservations software preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $24- $30 hourly. The rate of pay is the range we reasonably expect to pay for this position and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
