Job summary

Gorsuch in Park City, UT is seeking a dedicated Boot Fitter for our premier full‑service ski shop. You will engage customers, fit boots using our 3D scanning tech, and help guests select accessories and ski gear while delivering unmatched service.

This is a full‑time seasonal role with growth opportunities into store management or merchandising, based on performance and team fit. On-site position at 333 Main Street, Park City, UT.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in ski shop and boot fitting required.
• High level of Snowsports industry product knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working in a team setting and helping other departments when needed.
• Experience with POS and Rental Reservations software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with our customers by providing the best service.
• Prepare customer footbed fabrication, boot shell and liner modifications.
• Utilize a state of the art, 3D scanner to obtain images and precise measurement of customer’s foot and lower leg to determine the optimal fit.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain shop and adhere to all shop keeping procedures.

The Boot Fitter job is more than a job. The Boot Fitter is part of a team that is instrumental in providing the best customer service to our guests, helping our guests choose accessories and ski apparel and gear/hardgoods. At Gorsuch Boot Fitting is top notch with the use of our 3D Scanning technology and expert boot fitters.

This Boot fitter position is located in our premier full-service ski shop at 333 Main Street in Park City, Utah.
