Job summary

Windham Mountain Club is seeking a friendly Boot Fitter for the winter season to help guests find properly fitting ski and snowboard boots and provide excellent service. You will assist guests with boot sizing, perform basic adjustments, share boot care tips, keep the shop organized, and contribute to a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced ski retail environment.

Experience in customer service is preferred, and enthusiasm for skiing is a plus.

Qualifications

Work Location: Windham, NY (In-Person)

Seasonal Position: This role is available for the winter season.

Potential year-round positions may be available after successfully completing the winter season.

Pay: $21 - $25 per hour

Anticipated Start Dates: Starting in November

Scheduling Expectations: 30-40 hours per week. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Transportation: Must be able to get to and from work consistently and reliably in challenging weather conditions.
