DCI - Distribution Partner of Boost Mobile is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate in Albion Township, MI. You will connect customers with Boost Mobile devices, plans and accessories while delivering exceptional service.

This role supports both part-time and full-time schedules, with a compensation structure that includes an hourly base plus commission. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and Spanish is preferred for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year wireless background (preferred).
• 1 year cash handling experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total sales solutions for wireless/mobility needs, selling devices, accessories and service plans.
• Create an outstanding store experience to boost loyalty and Boost Mobile brand image.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Set up accounts for customers so they can use devices and plans immediately.
• Identify suitable solutions for billing, technical, and account issues.

• Provides a total sales solution to our customers, for any of their wireless/mobility needs. This includes selling the value of Boost Mobile's devices, accessories and service plans.


• Delivers an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Boost Mobile brand and Store Reputation.


• Meets or exceeds key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals.


• Accurately sets up accounts, so customers are ready to use their new devices and plans as soon as they leave the store.


• Identifies the right solutions for customer billing, technical and/or account issues.

Salary:

Competitive hourly base pay plus commissions and/or sales incentives.
