Job summary

Infosys EAIS unit seeks a skilled Package Consultant 2 to drive enterprise application integration initiatives. You will participate in requirements gathering, contribute to solution architecture, and develop features in ERP integrations using Boomi and related technologies.

The role emphasizes designing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes, ensuring secure data flow, and delivering comprehensive documentation and user training. Relocation may be required for project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience with Boomi flow, API management and integrations.
• Hands-on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between on-premise/cloud systems and third-party applications.

Responsibilities

• Create Boomi interfaces based on interface specification and in conformance with Boomi coding best practices.
• Develop and maintain integration processes using Boomi AtomSphere platform.
• Configure interfaces and ETL processes to ensure data flow between ERP and other applications.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities


• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements


• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance


• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications


• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards


• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your Contribution To The Team

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus


• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation


• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.


• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience

Required Skill And Experience

• Ability to create Boomi interfaces based on interface specification and in conformance with Boomi coding best practices


• Hands-on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between on premise\\cloud system and other 3rd party applications using - Boomi AtomSphere - platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration APIs)


• Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing EAI Integrations, SOA Architecture and- Boomi AtomSphere- platform


• Able to develop code for intermediate modules, participates in design reviews, conducts code reviews, creates test plans and participates in testing reviews, and resolves moderate defects in BOOMI


• Experience with Boomi flow, API management and integrations


• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions


• Active participation in Project Design, Build, Testing and Deployment phases of the project life cycle


• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XSLT, Flat files (CSV, Fixed width) integration, Groovy/JavaScript, and relational/NoSQL databases.


• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and API lifecycle management

Preferred Skill And Experience

• APIM skillset


• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile and other models used for projects


• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS a plus)

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
