Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 2 for its EAIS unit in the United States. You will participate in requirements gathering, help customize ERP modules, and develop integrated features across enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, solution design, and end-to-end ERP package customization, with collaboration across stakeholders. Relocation/travel may be required; US work authorization without visa sponsorship is considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation

• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile and other models used for projects
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS a plus)

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
