Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Package Consultant 3 for Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) in Dallas. You will analyze complex banking processes, define architectures, and lead ERP customization and integration efforts with ERP platforms. Expect collaboration across teams to ensure scalable, secure deployments and data integrity.

The role requires PEGA experience, LSA certification, REST/SOAP integration, and knowledge of SWIFT/ banking transactions. Relocation or travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with PEGA LSA certification is required or highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking dispute workflows and investigations.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with external applications using APIs.
• Knowledge of data migration strategies for large-scale ERP deployments.
• Ability to design complex integration solutions aligned to enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft requirements.
• Define and develop solution architecture, guiding customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and critical software apps with the Dev team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows, including large data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability and UX.
• Create detailed documentation and lead training workshops for users.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards


• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis


• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team


• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity


• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards


• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience with PEGA


• Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA)


• Experience with Smart Investigate, Smart Disputes, Smart Investigation for Securities


• Understanding of banking dispute workflows, fraud, and investigation life cycles


• Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows


• Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing


• Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity, quality, and decision outcomes

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Ability to work in global delivery model

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
