Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 in the United States to drive enterprise application integration initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, align objectives with client goals, and manage risks and budgets across complex ERP projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with REST/SOAP/XML/JSON and Boomi interfaces, with a focus on delivering high-quality integration solutions and proposals, while fostering growth and innovation in a global delivery model.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience

Hands-on experience in REST SOAP XML JSON, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width)

Ability to create Boomi interfaces based on interface specification and in conformance with Boomi coding best practices.

Experience in monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting and supporting existing EAI Integrations, SOA Architecture and- Boomi AtomSphere- platform

Preferred Skill and Experience

Experience working in a global delivery model

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
