Job summary

Goodwill Industries-Manasota in Sarasota seeks a Bookstore Keyholder to lead daily operations, deliver world-class customer service, and support the store’s growth.

You will partner with Store Leadership to train and supervise the team, manage cash, stocking, and merchandising, and engage the community with current literary trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with the Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process.
• Support the operations of the store with activities such as open/close, cash handling, inventory control, processing and rotation of donated goods, and loading of trucks.
• Steward donations well by building and maintaining awareness of current literary trends and popular titles.
