Job summary

Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Bookstore Keyholder to provide world-class customer service, train and supervise team members, and master all aspects of the donated goods process to deliver excellent results.

This full-time role supports store operations such as opening/closing, cash handling, inventory control, processing and rotation of donations, and loading of trucks, while offering extensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with store leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members.
• Train to master all aspects of the donated goods process.
• Support store operations with opening/close, cash handling, inventory control, processing and rotation of donated goods, and loading of trucks.
• Steward donations by maintaining awareness of current literary trends and popular titles.

As a Bookstore Keyholder, you will:

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers
• Partner with the Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process
• Support the operations of the store with necessary activities such as open/close, cash handling, inventory control, processing and rotation of donated goods, and loading of trucks
• Steward donations well by building and maintaining an awareness of current literary trends and popular titles
