You will supervise staff, assist with purchasing decisions, and help drive sales while delivering excellent customer service to students, faculty, and the public.

The role emphasizes people management, training, and motivating the team to create memorable customer experiences and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred or a graduate of the Best Seller Program.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
• Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and departments in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Assist with scheduling and team development to meet sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and help create customer experiences.
• Direct training, coaching, and development of staff as needed.
• Help drive sales, identify business opportunities, and maintain an appealing sales floor.
