Responsibilities

• Unpack and shelve deliveries and tidy the displays.
• Operate registers quickly and with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and shelving following procedures.
• Help customers locate books using knowledge and available tools.
• Support the café team when needed and maintain store presentation.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and de‑escalation techniques.
