Books-A-Million is seeking a Bookseller dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge across books and merchandise. You will greet customers, assist with questions and purchases, and help create a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities include cashiering, merchandising, and supporting store operations while promoting company programs and maintaining a clean, inviting environment for customers every day.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with orders, and efficient cashiering.
• Promote products and company programs, including Membership, Educator programs, and other promotions.
• Balance cash drawer within policy after each shift.
• Stock and merchandise the sales floor per guidelines and timelines.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with inventory, shipments, and other duties as assigned.
