Job summary

MyStaff in Omaha, NE is seeking a Client Accounting Services Manager to lead a client accounting team, oversee bookkeeping, payroll, and month-end close, and deliver high-quality financial reporting for a diverse client portfolio. You will coach staff, review work for accuracy, build strong client relationships, and streamline processes to keep the department running efficiently.

A bachelor's in accounting or finance, 5+ years' accounting experience with leadership, and strong communication are

• 5+ years accounting experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships and priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• CPA designation is a plus.
