Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client relationship management, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a track record of delivering exceptional service. This position requires a strategic thinker who can optimize processes, develop staff, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the client accounting services department, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflow.


• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for accounting needs.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and tailor services to meet their unique requirements.


• Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client performance and achieve financial goals.


• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, maintaining accurate financial records and reports.


• Mentor, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth and teamwork.


• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.


• Prepare and present financial reports, summaries, and strategic recommendations to clients and senior management.
