Formación

• Associate degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• GAAP knowledge and tax law familiarity.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining ledgers for clients.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with tax planning and compliance activities, meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized client files and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide exceptional client service and respond to inquiries promptly.
