Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.

Prepare invoices and track customer payments.
Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.
Assist with monthly close and basic financial reports.
Track inventory costs and job cost records.
Organize receipts and supporting documents for audits.

Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience
