Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Bookkeeper for a real estate client to support daily accounting operations. You will manage high-volume AP/AR, perform reconciliations, and enter financial data in our systems. This 100% onsite role offers a stable daytime schedule and room to contribute immediately.

Ideal candidates have prior bookkeeping experience with AP, AR, and bank/vendor reconciliations, plus intermediate Excel skills and the ability to learn new processes quickly.

• Previous bookkeeping experience with AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new processes.

Responsabilités

• The Bookkeeper will manage daily AP/AR functions, including high-volume AP invoice entry
• The Bookkeeper will assist with AR follow-up and routine bookkeeping activities
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other financial records
