Job summary

8sian Signs, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with 2+ years in retail/restaurant environments. You will handle daily sales reconciliation, manage AP/AR, and assist payroll with Paylocity. Strong QuickBooks and Toast POS experience is preferred, along with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in retail/restaurant environment.
• Experience with Toast POS preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales reconciliation and ensure POS data accuracy (Toast transactions).
• Review and reconcile high-volume daily sales from multiple sources.
• Reconcile merchant statements with daily sales transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable: invoice review, AP batches, vendor records.
• Maintain AR records for credit/debit cards and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Perform bank and system reconciliations for accurate records.
• Assist payroll processing using Paylocity; review payroll data.
• Prepare daily sales reports and support weekly/monthly financial statements.
• Maintain organized accounting/operational records and files.
• Assist inventory counts and pricing updates in POS system.
