Job summary

Rolluda Architects LLC seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to support financial operations. The role will handle accounts payable, invoicing, Ajera data entry, and bank/cash activities in a professional services setting.

The position starts part-time in October 2026 and moves to full-time in January 2027, with growth into broader accounting responsibilities as needs evolve. Strong organizational skills and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a professional services environment
• Experience with project-based accounting environments is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with GAAP and accounting best practices

Responsibilities

• Processes accounts payable invoices and vendor payments.
• Prepares and issues client invoices and supports accounts receivable collections.
• Enters and maintains financial transactions in Ajera.
• Records cash receipts, deposits, expense reports, and credit card transactions.
• Reviews source documents for accuracy, coding, approvals, and completeness.
• Monitors aging reports and follows up on outstanding balances.
• Assists project managers with project financial information and reporting.
