Job summary

GEO Secured Services in Texas is seeking an attentive accounting professional to manage cash control, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll, including inmate payroll. The role requires familiarity with GEO policies, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prepare accurate financial reports.

You will help maintain bank balances, process deposits, and ensure proper inventory control across warehouses and facilities.

Qualifications

• Two years in an accounting related capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of English and ability to prepare reports and directives.
• Familiarity with payroll, accounts payable, and employee payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inmate payroll.
• Maintain and balance bank accounts and perform deposits.
• Prepare reports related to accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and inventories.
• Ensure accurate inventory and assist with travel and expense reimbursements.
• Oversee receptionist/admin clerk and ensure compliance with GEO policies.
