We’re looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to help us keep things running smoothly. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in managing day-to-day office tasks, including bookkeeping, organizing, and supporting our team. If you’re detail-oriented, friendly, and ready to pitch in wherever needed, we’d love to have you join our amazing, close-knit team!

Responsibilities:

  • Upload invoices into QuickBooks
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Keep the back office organized and efficient
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
  • Support the team in maintaining smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Friendly and approachable with great communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and pitch in wherever needed
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to be in office ~ 3 times a week
