Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking a Bookkeeper to support manufacturers in the Iron River area. You will record daily transactions, reconcile statements, manage payables/receivables, and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, ERP/QuickBooks familiarity, and involvement in month-end close and inventory costing. U.S. work authorization is required for opportunities in Michigan.

Qualifications

Prior bookkeeping experience, ideally in manufacturing or a related industry.
Working knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
Understanding of double-entry accounting and general ledger work.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Proficiency with spreadsheets for tracking and reconciliation.
Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary Range: $51,000 - $72,000 depending on experience
