Job summary

DP Gayatri, a Minneapolis-area industrial holding company, seeks an organized bookkeeper to manage AP/AR, reconciliations, and data entry across multiple entities. You will split time between Plymouth and Anoka sites, with a flexible arrangement (contractor/part-time/full-time) and strict confidentiality of payroll and financial data.

You will process bills, invoices, and payments, maintain records, and back up the corporate bookkeeper, including payroll support, all while ensuring books remain

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience including AP/AR and bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and multi‑company environment preferred.
• Discretion with payroll and financial data required.
• Willingness to sign confidentiality agreement and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Own AP/AR for multiple companies in QuickBooks Enterprise; prepare transactions for approval.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly for each company and code transactions.
• Maintain separate books for each company and generate weekly AP/AR aging reports.
• Back up corporate bookkeeper, including payroll preparation for review and approval.
• Assist with setup of new company books and general facility administration.
• Coordinate purchasing and onboarding paperwork as directed by general managers.
