As an independently owned firm, Keadjian is able to reward our stellar teammates by offering competitive salaries, an unmatched discretionary bonus program for performance and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Record transactions in QuickBooks and maintain up-to-date general ledger, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries from payroll reports, reconcile statements and more

  • Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping financial, employee and client information confidential
  • Introduce new approaches and reporting templates to monitor the financial health of the company, elevate issues and present solutions
  • Jump on high-priority accounting, finance and operational projects for the CEO, COO and senior leadership team
  • Regularly exercise independent discretion and excellent judgment

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 or more years of experience (or equivalent expertise and education) in accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree required (degree in Finance, Accounting or Business strongly preferred)

  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; proficiency in Outlook and PowerPoint required; experience with BigTime and PowerBI is a plus
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements and multi-state payroll and employment compliance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to appropriately elevate issues and drive resolution
  • Adaptable working style – fit to work with many stakeholders and oversee multiple projects with different requirements while maintaining high accuracy and error-free work

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $70,000 to $95,000, which equates to an hourly rate of approximately $34 to $45 based on a standard 40-hour workweek. In addition, the company provides industry-leading benefits such as end-of-year profit sharing and a performance bonus program for eligible employees. While we anticipate that the successful candidate hired in this role will be placed near the entry or midpoint of the salary range, starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including years of experience, relevant type of experience, education and more.
