Cultivate Consulting, a fully remote CPA firm, seeks a part-time Bookkeeper to support small business clients. You will post bank and credit card transactions, reconcile accounts, maintain financial statements, and prepare journal entries in QuickBooks. This full-charge role requires 5–7 years of experience with complete balance sheet reconciliations.

Work is remote with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on accuracy and independence for an experienced bookkeeper.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a part-time Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for tasks such as posting bank and credit card transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining financial statements, and preparing journal entries via QuickBooks. This is a full-charge bookkeeper position, and candidates are expected to have at least 5-7 years of experience with full balance sheet reconciliations.
