Job summary

Garden State Home Exteriors in Northern New Jersey is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist to join our team. If you're organized and enjoy numbers, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities include weekly payroll processing, commission payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end tasks while maintaining accurate financial records. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping and payroll experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional.
