• Input Accounts Payable data and write vendor checks bi-monthly.
• Handle Accounts Receivable billing and cash receipts posting.

Summary

Post all accounting entries except payroll throughout the month in order to analyze and produce monthly financial statements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable data input, and writing vendor checks twice a month.
• Accounts Receivable billing and posting cash receipts. Produce customer statements, and email to customer.
• Cash flow projections prepared with Excel.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Intercompany billing and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and post recurring journal entries for depreciation, prepaid expenses, etc.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze general ledger account activity, and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Work with outside CPA at year end for income tax returns prepared by the CPA.
