Spitzer Autoworld in Northfield, OH, is seeking a detail-oriented Booker/Biller to join our team. You will process paperwork for vehicles sold, verify ACH funding, post payments, and enter deals in the DMS accounting system, supporting sales and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Responsabilités

• Process paperwork for vehicles sold.
• Verify incoming ACH fundings and post accordingly; perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Enter vehicle deals in DMS accounting system.
• Assist sales and finance to ensure paperwork runs smoothly.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Analyze and process complex data
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Basic data entry skills, including use of Microsoft excel
• Strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
• Team oriented
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
