Spitzer Autoworld in Northfield is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver high-level service and grow your career at a regional employer. You will identify, quote, and document service and repairs while scheduling work for customers.

The position offers full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid time off, and ongoing training through Spitzer University.

Responsabilidades

• Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance.
• Performs road test of customer vehicles.
• Advises customers of necessary/suggested services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
• Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer.
• Schedules appointments with customer.
• Maintains CSI at or above designated standards.
• Meets dealership's standards for repair/order production.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Service Advisor in Northfield is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers, while growing their career at a top regional employer. The Service Advisor is responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers as well as being responsible for scheduling service to be performed.
