Qualifications

• Five years of on-site property management experience preferred.
• Three years of experience as a property manager preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Residential Apartment Manager (RAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and staff to maximize occupancy and property value.
• Prepare budgets and stay within guidelines; review monthly financials and owner reports.
• Ensure lease files, applications, move-ins, and renewals are processed accurately.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors; conduct inspections and audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
