Fogelman is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for The Oakley in Union City. The role focuses on rent posting, collections, and supporting property operations under the Property Manager. The position requires multitasking in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

The candidate will handle leasing duties, delinquency, and monthly reporting while ensuring compliance with company policy and applicable laws. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an assistant property manager in multifa m ily industry.
• Working knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Post monthly rent and payments into the company platform in a timely manner.
• Assist with leasing duties and renewals as needed.
• Assist in delinquency management and move-out procedures.
• Prepare month-end occupancy and accounting close reports.
• Stand in for Property Manager when required.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies.
