Qualifications

• Three years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC experience with Type 1 & 2 or Universal certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Finish make-ready units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies.
